The purpose of this blog is to relate to this story called "The Nest." In the story Jimmy turns out doing the right thing instead of the bad thing. He feels relief that he was right ,then also scared . I can relate to Jimmy and him being frightened, like feeling alone. One day me and my mom had a fight. She accused me of bieng the one who put the garbage in our storage room. Now when my mom is angry she's ANGRY! I tried saying "I didn't do it,"but she didn't believe me !So for my punishment I couldn't go on the computer or talk to my friends on the phone or watch T.V . I couldn't believe I was getting punished for nothing !? It's almost like being framed except there is nobody is setting you up! So for the next two days I was basically in prison . AWESOME RIGHT ? After two days of prison my mom came up to me with this embarassed simle. Turns out she was doing some cleaning and she didn't want the house to look like a mess ... and then just totally forgot and blamed me! The point is I know how Jimmy feels, like HE WAS RIGHT ,finally. At the same time you still feel scared because now your parents aren't there to back you up. My advice just be wrong your parents will still love you anyways :).

Aww I hate it when others acuse you of doing something that you didn't do. I also thought your blog did have humour (: Since your mother was wrong..you should have punished HER. Joke. Great blog!

With parents sometimes you just have to take the blame no matter how ridiculous you think it is. That used to always happen when I was young because my Mom used to teach me how to admit to things which was indeed an elaborate excuse. Great blog Lauren!
ReplyDeleteThat sucks! I can't believe that you got in trouble for something that you didn't do. That always happens to me. One time, my mom made this huge piece of chicken. My mom told us not to eat it until my dad comes home. Then my brother ate a piece of chicken and then ran to the living room. Then when I walked into the kitchen, my mom came into the kitchen and blamed me for eating a piece of chicken. After that I saw my brother laughing at me. Anyways, great blog!
