A teacher is a good career. Teacher can make $30.000 to $85.000 a year, you do get a lot of money but it's not that easy to be a teacher, you have to take courses to be a teacher, and you have about 3 to 4 years of school. If you got the job you can pick the level you want to teach, but the can also pick the level because of your good information about your past school years. It is a good opportunity to be a teacher because you can get enough money you have and also help children to learn what they have to learn.

I want to be a teacher because I always love to help little kids and help them learn how to be a responsible person. My mom was a teacher , I always wanted to be like her when I grow up because she helped a lot of kids to learn a good education. 

Pierre Du Gua de Monts

                            

       Pierre Du Gua De Monts is a early explorer and fur trader who established Port Royal in Acadia known as Canada. In 1603, De Monts was given the power sized illegal traders. He became the governor of Acadia whose duties were to control the area.


       Colonists like Jean the Poutrincourt, Samuel de Camplain and others planted and harvested crops and built a mill and ground flour which was traded with French.

     The business was not successful that made de Monts to leave Port Royal in 1607. He then build Quebec in 1608. The country can stand alone with the help of agriculture.

Our Gr 7 Vaccination

                                                 Our Gr 7 Vaccination

           On November 16^th all the grade seven and eight class got ready for our needles which are for Hepatitis B and Meningitis vaccines. I went to school and not knowing anything about needles, and while I was walking, one of my friends came up to me and told me that were getting our vaccines today,  I was freaking out from the inside and the outside. While my class was heading up to our classroom I look out and see the atrium and check if it's true, and I saw people in the atrium with needles on the tables, I was shaking because I wasn't ready for today. Ms.Babb let us in, and the announcement was on and they told us to get ready for the vaccines.  After the announcement we got ready for French presentation, and I wasn't paying attention to my teacher, all I was thinking about is the needles, I was saying to myself" is it going to hurt"?. While my classmate were doing a presentation we were sent to the atrium and sit down while some grade seven is getting their needled, the lady gave our form to Ms.Babb and she gave them all out and we were all getting ready to get our shots . My friend in front of me was scared than I am but the lady called her, I was a little scared when the lady called me, and I gave her my form and asked me some questions and one question made me laugh, she asked me if I have any sign of pregnancy, I was laughing in my head but I said "no". The lady started

cleaning my arm and she didn't even ask me if I'm ready she just stick the needle on my arm and I was in pain for like 1 second .I wasn't scared at all until she said that I'm getting another one. After all the sweat, I was done, but later on about 5 minutes or so, my arms started to hurt , and I was in a small pain but it was gone for like 2 minutes.My suggestion is just think that after you got the shots, you won't get any harm full diseases.

                                 Halloween might be scary.
                                   But you get a lot of candy.
                                     One girl is sad.
                                Her trick or treating gone bad.

                                     I see a guy with out ears.
                                   The scary guy gave me fears.
                                      Trick or treating is fun.
                              When you go with friends and mom.
                                                                  
                             Witches and vampires lurking in the dark.
                                        I can hear a dog bark.
                                   Ghost and mimes running wild.

                                                 MY WORST HALLOWEEN


                       Me and Leanne my cousin were all dressed up for Halloween. She was wearing a princess costume and I was wearing a witch dress.          We were walking and knocked on different houses.One house which was on the corner was really decorated for Halloween. There were webs ,skull, and scary features in the house.when we knocked on the door , it opened without nobody's opening it.We were really scared .The rocking chair was moving with nobody sitting in it. But we still get in. We just made 3 to 5 steps then all of a sudden a tall man  wearing a scary mask greated is.What do you want? we didn't answer the scary guy because we were all scared we ran, going out oh the house and I slipped and all my candies were scattered on the floor and some on the road.There was no time to pick them up so we just went home having only a few candies in our bag.

Vincent van Gogh

Hi my name is Kyra and I'm going to talk about Vincent van Gogh, Van Gogh is a great artist. Van Gogh was born in the Netherlands (or Holland), he was born on March 30,1853. His full name is Vincent Willem van Gogh .Van Gogh was impartial to drawings and paintings. And he wanted to become a clergyman, because he decided to follow his Dad's foot step. He never forgot his passion. He delivered his first sermon in November,1876 in England.


Van Gogh lived among the poor and saw how much they were suffering. And to the poor he gave his wordly possesions. Van Gogh's brother, Theo, encourage him to become an artist. Van Gogh left paris on February 19, 1888. He invited his Paris friend, Paul Gaugin to visit him.On December their friend ship ended. Van Gogh when before Gauguin with a razor but he gave up and Van Gogh cut off a piece of his own ear. He voluntarly go on a mental hospital in Saint-Remy. He spent nearly a year in the hospital.But Van Gogh keeps painting. And if you like something keep on doing it and  never give up.
