Wednesday Wars
The Wednesday Wars is a good book writen by the author Gary D. Schmidt. It is about a kid from Camillo Jr. High in Gr. 7. His name is Holling Hoodhood. He has to spend the rest of wednesday with his teacher because he is different then the others.It's good because instead of just telling us what happened he shows us. You think about what could go wrong and maybe something different could happen. At some parts its happy then sad. Something good happens then it goes wrong because of a bad thing that happened. This is such an interesting book that you actually want to read more of the book.
I agree The Wednesday Wars is a GREAT book! Gary D. Schmidt is a great writer, a good writer tells you a great writer shows like the author of this book. I agree this book leaves you on the edge with what is going to occur next. I also enjoy the balance of joy and glum in every chapter. Thanks for the read!

The Wednesday Wars is definitely an amazing book! I say so because it has a great storyline which is practically what you said but I really love it.
